Blood Collection Process:
If your order is approved:
1. A Blood Collection Kit will be shipped to you.
2. You will be asked to schedule an in-home blood draw service.
3. The in-home blood draw service fee is the responsibility of the patient and is not included in the test price.
If you cancel your order after the Blood Collection Kit has been shipped, a $200 kit fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to your original method of payment.
